This is my first time blogging and I am a computer novice so I will be making plenty of mistakes ! I am a Sign Painter / Artist. I hand make all types of painted signs, ” old school” , I have been doing brush lettering for over 25 years. I also do design work, some graphics, I make commercial and personal signs and I have booths at many art/craft fairs ( which is my main love). The computer generated sign business has become the norm. I want my work to be hand painted so I am looking to the computer to supplement my potential sales sites. I am starting here and on Etsy. As far as I can see I will continue to hand craft my signs and artwork without the use of computer graphics because I love doing the work by hand. My goal as an artist is to enhance my own life and hopefully share with others, a sense of peace and well being. I make some unique “signs” , wall plaques, and ” mandalas” using my sign materials.
I am also an animal lover, bicycle rider, environmentalist, old hippie, I love camping and the outdoors, movies, reading (mysteries, westerns, historical fiction, law of attraction stuff, self help +) Well , thats all I can come up with right now. Since this is meant to be updated regularly I guess I can come back later and add and edit. Just did a small edit….more to come ..? (when I remember!) NAMASTE’

one suggestion is to put some sort of link to your webpage that holds some of the photos of your work so aLL readers can have to chance to see it when they have finished reading the information on your love of paint, as well as the uniqueness of your art!
